General therapy group for adults working on issues such as anxiety, depression, isolation, long-standing relationship difficulties, intimacy, authenticity, trust, self-esteem, and self-expression. Members grow through relating to each other with progressively greater openness and spontaneity.

Co-facilitated general therapy group for adults working on issues such as anxiety, depression, isolation, long-standing relationship difficulties, intimacy, authenticity, trust, self-esteem, and self-expression. General Psychotherapy Group for Men and Women

Group therapy for individuals who want to further their progress from individual therapy by learning about themselves and their relationships with others through direct interpersonal exchange in a supportive environment. The members are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety and panic, communication, self- esteem, childhood abuse, anger management, acting out behaviors, and boundaries.

Chillax: CBT Based Anxiety Group for Children

There is a parent component and a child component that meet concurrently.  

The child group is run by Jocelyn Cremer, Ph.D. and provides psych-education and tools for anxiety in the form of interactive games and fun conversation.

The parent group is run by Laurie Weiss, Ph.D. and mirrors the child group in that parents learn psycho-education and the same tools for anxiety that the children learn so they can all practice at home.  If time allows parents can bring up individual concerns about anxiety in their children.
